1) Downloaded compressed tar file and unpacked in working directory.

2) Wrote shell script to rename files into directory tree, and strip leading
   header records so that files have uniform record format.

3) Generated TABLE.TXT, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.TXT, title and
   abstract from the paper.
