CDROM/AJ/V113/P0823 Radial Velocity Database (Reed & Kuhna 1997) ================================================================================ A Radial Velocity Database for Stephenson-Sanduleak Southern Luminous Stars B. Cameron Reed and Kristine M. Kuhna <1997, AJ, 113, 823> =1997AJ....113..823R ================================================================================ Abstract: A database of published radial velocities for objects in the Stephenson-Sanduleak Luminous Stars in the Southern Milky Way catalog has been compiled from the literature. Of 5132 stars in the catalog, 1072 velocities (or average velocities) for 864 stars are available from 49 sources. The full database is available on CD-ROM, and lists LS number, HD and CD cross identifications, radial velocity (RV), the standard deviation of the radial velocity (sigma_(RV)), the number of observations on which RV and sigma_(RV) are based, the spectral dispersion employed, notes, LS-catalog photographic magnitudes, a full reference to each reported RV, galactic l and b coordinates, and aliases for named or variable stars.
