1) Downloaded E-mail message containing table data into working area.

2) Converted AASTeX tables to plain ASCII with a text editor.  Changed
   capitalization of Cepheid names in table3.dat to be the same format as
   in table4.dat.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
