1) Downloaded compressed tar files containing ASCII and FITS data into working
   directory.

2) After inspection of the data, contacted author to request a copy of table 1
   so that the eight-character file name could be inserted.  In addition,
   copies of two data files were missing, which were supplied by the author.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
