1) Downloaded compressed tar file containing table data and Postscript figures
   into working directory.

2) Figure files were originally named like "figure1_p1.ps".  Renamed figure
   files by copying into separate directories named "figure1" and "figure2"
   with individual file names like "p01.ps", "p02.ps", etc.

3) In collaboration with authors, reformatted table from 3 lines of data
   per object to a single line of data per object.

4) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
