2) Converted AASTeX file to plain ASCII with a text editor.  Information
   from typography (object names in bold face) converted to explicit flags.
   Note flags in the comments moved to their own column to avoid confusion.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
