2) Extracted table data from FITS file, deleted extraneous blanks, removed
   '----' no-data indicators, moved 'P' flag in visual or photographic
   magnitude field into its own column.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
