1) Downloaded E-mail table data into working directory.

2) Trimmed extraneous TeX commands from table data, wrote small perl program to
   format the result as ASCII tables that follow formatting guidelines.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
