1) Data received via anonymous FTP in a compressed tar file were unpacked in a
   working directory.

2) The region column of table 2 was filled in with all regions (it previously
   had the region name only in the first record for that region).

3) The text of table 3 was typed in with a text editor to provide descriptions
   of each of the regions referred to by table 2.

4) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
