1) Data was received via anonymous FTP as a compressed UNIX tar file.  The data
   file was unpacked in a working directory.

2) The data file was a single AASTeX file containing tables 1-13.  This file
   was split into separate data files for each table and stripped of the
   LaTeX markup.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
