1) Downloaded compressed tar files containing table data into working directory.

2) The data files for each table were unpacked into separate directories.
   The file names were not consistent with the ISO 9660 CD-ROM file system
   standard.  Brief shell programs were written to rename the data files to
   CD-legal names, and modify the README.DAT files to reflect the new file
   names.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
