   containing table description to working directory, stripped E-mail headers.

2) Stripped single header lines from beginning of table data.  Incorporated
   description into TABLE.DOC.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
