1) Downloaded compressed tar file, extracted files into working directory.

2) Wrote simple Perl script to reformat the table records by stripping comments
   (preceded by a '#' in column 1) and expanding tabs between fields.  This is
   to follow CDS guidelines.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
