1) Downloaded compressed tar file, uncompressed files into working directory.

2) Converted AASTeX tables to ASCII using simple Perl scripts.

3) Cleaned up final version of ASCII tables with a text editor.

4) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
