1) Downloaded compressed tar file from submission directory.  Extracted
   TABLE1.TXT from the tar file.

2) Wrote simple perl program to convert TABLE1.TXT into *.DAT files with
   uniform format and *.HDR files containing the header information for each
   object.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
