1) Extracted E-mail messages containing TeX tables.

2) TeX tables require the author's macro package 'useful.tex' which was not
   included.  Dr. Alonso contacted by E-mail and the macro package was
   supplied.

3) TeX tables converted to plain ASCII with simple Perl script and cleaned up
   with a text editor.

4) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and
   abstract from the paper.
