This readme file describes the tables for the paper entitled "Infrared CO Linelist for the X 1 Sigma + State" by David Goorvitch. This paper is to be published in the Astrophysical Journal Supplement. The files table6.dat, table7.dat, table8.dat, table9.dat, table10.dat and table11.dat are published in the paper. The files table12.dat, table13.dat, table14.dat, and table15.dat have not been published in the paper. These files are referred to in the paper and information is given on obtaining them over the Internet. readme.doc - This file. table6.dat - Transition frequencies, gf values and J values for the bandheads of the R-branch overtone bands of 12C16O. The columns from the left are the lower state vibrational quantum number, the frequency, the gf value, and the J value for the fundamental, first and second overtone bands. table7.dat - Rotationless dipole moments for the pure rotational transitions.
