1) Downloaded compressed UNIX tar file from data submission directory.

3) The tar file was uncompressed and unpacked.  It contained LaTeX files for
   tables 6 through 11 and plain ASCII files for tables 12 through 15.

2) The LaTeX tables were converted to plain ASCII with a text editor.  Header
   records and excess blanks were removed from the plain ASCII tables.

4) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
