1) Separated table data from mail headers.

2) Processed TeX documents and converted to plain ASCII with dvi2tty.

3) Cleaned up ASCII tables and copied to files with extension 'txt'.

4) Original ASCII tables were formatted with two or three records per object.
   These were processed with simple programs into one-record-per-object format.

5) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
