1) Separated postscript figures from mail headers.

2) Tested all figures with GNU Ghostview.  Figure 22 appeared to be empty.  The
   authors were contacted.

3) Dr. Collier responded via E-mail and provided the correct copy of figure 22.

4) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
