1) Downloaded compressed tar files containing data tables and spectrum,
   respectively.  Tables and descriptive text extracted into working area.	

2) LaTeX tables processed with dvi2tty into plain ASCII, formatted into
   consistent format.  Author contacted about the preferred way to format
   the configuration and terms columns in table 4.  In his reply, he confirmed
   that leaving the LaTeX formatting commands was appropriate and made some
   minor suggestions about some other formatting issues, which were
   implemented.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
