1) Separated table data and descriptions from mail headers.

2) Slight formatting changes made to make tables consistent with standard table
   format.  Also, extended ASCII characters for Alpha (decimal code 224) and 
   degrees (decimal code 248) changed to 'a' and ' ', respectively.  Fields
   containing a decimal point only, to indicate no data, changed to all blanks.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
