1) Separated LaTeX tables from mail headers.

2) Tables did not format well when processed with dvi2tty.  LaTeX commands
   edited out of the table directly to create file TABLE2.DAT.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
