1) Downloaded compressed tar file from AAS computer.  Files extracted into
   working area.

2) Author-supplied documentation edited to remove physical tab characters.
   Documentation incorporated into standard CDS document format.  Author-
   supplied documentation kept in file READ.ME.  Note that, since the data
   files contain head rows with formats different from the body of the table,
   these data can *not* be processed into FITS ASCII format by the CDS program
   'tofits'.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
