1) Separated table data from mail headers.

2) In TABLE5A.DAT, note flag added to indicate that reddening is from 
   comparisons to the standard c0,(b-y)0 relations.  Original printed table had
   the identifications in italics to indicate this.  The computer-readable
   version supplied by the authors had 'hd' instead of 'HD' to indicate it for 
   HD stars, and a quote character in column 1 to indicate it for DM stars.

3) Identification fields in both TABLE1.DAT and TABLE5A.DAT reformatted to make
   them compatible with each other.

4) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.

1) Updated TABLE.DOC to current version of CDS style.

2) Minor change made to table5a.dat, for star HD 6833, there was a limiting
   character in the numeric field.  It was moved to an empty column and 
   document was modified accordingly.
