1) Separated LaTeX table from mail header.

2) Table data written to use AASTeX planotable stye, aj_pt.  The LaTeX file was 
   edited directly to generate TABLE1.DAT.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
