1) Separated table data, TeX document and style files from mail header.

2) Table data formatted with LaTeX.  Output from dvi2tty deemed too unwieldy.
   File TABLE2.DAT formatted directly from LaTeX source, instead.

2) Generated TABLE.DOC, standard table description, and ABSTRACT.DOC, title and 
   abstract from the paper.
