   TABLE1.DAT, moved '<' characters out of numeric v sin i field.

3) Generated TABLE1.DOC, TABLE7A.DOC, and TABLE7B.DOC incorporating notes found
   in the corresponding text files and standardizing table descriptions.

4) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
