   observations given at same heliocentric Julian date.  Contacted Dr. Clement
   suggesting that three parts be combined into one.

3) Dr. Clement agreed to modification.  Three parts joined into one table.

4) Generated TABLE3.DOC using original text from author as base, standardizing
   table description.

5) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
