1) A UNIX 'tar' file containing the table LaTeX files was transmitted to the
   AAS Executive Office computer by FTP and downloaded to a work area and
   unpacked.

2) Each LaTeX file was converted into ASCII by stripping the LaTeX commands
   from the files with a text editor, aligning the columns, and deleting the
   column separator characters.

3) Generated TABLE.DOC to describe all tables (2 through 4), since they all
   have the same format.

4) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
