2) The following note from Dr. Hartkopf accompanied the tables, and is
   reproduced below in part:

   Mr. Brotzman -

   I received your note regarding the data tables from our speckle paper
   for your upcoming CD.  I've taken all the tables from the paper,
   removed any TeX commands, "fleshed out" the references, and appended
   them all to the bottom of this email message.  ... A couple minor changes
   from the printed version - in Tables 3 and 4 I reordered the stars somewhat,
   and in Table 5 I added a column for references.

3) All table formats left intact except for removing headings and some
   extraneous blanks from between data columns.

4) Generated TABLE1.DOC through TABLE8.DOC, incorporating notes supplied by
   authors and standardizing table description.

5) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
