1) Separated mail header from LaTeX table files.

2) Modified LaTeX files to add \documentstyle{article} and \begin{document}
   commands to the beginning and \end{document} to the end so that each LaTeX
   table can be formatted independently.

3) Each LaTeX file was formatted into DVI and then converted to ASCII with
   following commands:

   $ dvi2tty -otable3.dat table3
   $ dvi2tty -otable4.dat table4
   $ dvi2tty -otable5.dat table5
   $ dvi2tty -otable6.dat table6
   $ dvi2tty -otable7.dat table7
   $ dvi2tty -otable8.dat table8

4) The resulting ASCII files were edited to align columns.

5) Generated TABLE.DOC to describe all tables (3 through 8), since they all
   have the same format.

6) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
