1) Separated mail header, table descriptions, and table data.

2) The tables were transmitted as an uuencoded tar file which were processed
   into ASCII as follows:

   $ uudecode aj.uue       # generate file aj.tar
   $ tar xvf aj.tar        # extract FORMAT.TEX and TABLES.TEX from tar file
   $ tex tables            # format the TEX file
   $ dvi2tty -w80 -o tables.dat tables

3) The text file, TABLES.DAT, was split into TABLE1.DAT, TABLE2.DAT,
   TABLE3.DAT, TABLE4.DAT and TABLE5.DAT.  Extraneous blanks were removed from
   between the columns.  Parentheses were removed from the few columns they
   enclosed.

4) Generated TABLE1.DOC, TABLE2.DOC, TABLE3.DOC, TABLE4.DOC and TABLE5.DOC
   standardizing table description.

5) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
