1) Separated mail header, table descriptions, and table data.

2) Converted TeX to ASCII with the following commands:

   $ dvi2tty -w70 -o table1.dat table1
   $ dvi2tty -w90 -o table2.dat table2
   $ dvi2tty -w90 -o table3.dat table3
   $ dvi2tty -w80 -o table5.dat table5
   $ dvi2tty -w80 -o table6.dat table6

3) Edited out extraneous blanks, header records, etc. from table data.  In
   TABLE3.DAT, note flags 'g' and 'f' were changed to 'A' and 'B', respectively,
   to denote the magnitudes were measured from setup A or B.

4) Generated TABLE1.DOC, TABLE2.DOC, TABLE3.DOC, TABLE5.DOC and TABLE6.DOC
   standardizing table description.

5) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
