1) Separated mail header and table data.  Examined table data for errors.

2) Removed extraneous blanks between table columns.  Split the table into two
   parts, TABLE3A.DAT and TABLE3B.DAT

3) Generated TABLE3.DOC along with standard field format descriptions.

4) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
