1) Separated mail headers from TeX files, TABLE1.TEX and TABLE2.TEX.

2) In TeX files, a macro file, "useful.tex", is included which was not present.
   Authors asked to provide macro file.

3) Converted TeX to ASCII with file editor, removing TeX commands and
   dependencies.

4) Generated TABLE1.DOC and TABLE2.DOC standardizing table descriptions.

5) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, abstract and title from original paper.
