1) Separated mail header, table descriptions, notes, and table data.  Examined
   table data for errors.

2) Short program written to move standard errors of the parallax, proper
   motion magnitude and direction, absolute parallax, UBV photometry, absolute
   visual magnitude, and tangential velocity from the record below to a
   position beside their respective data fields.

3) Minor formatting changes made to NOTES1.DAT for readability.  The notes as
   supplied by the author are slightly different than those in the printed
   paper.

4) Generated TABLE1.DOC and TABLE2.DOC (description of file NOTES1.DAT
   included in TABLE1.DOC), along with standard field format descriptions.

5) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
