1) Separated mail headers, table descriptions, and table data.  Examined table
   data for errors.

2) Separated descriptions from table data (TABLE1.DAT and TABLE1.DOC;
   TABLE2.DAT and TABLE2.DOC)

5) Generated TABLE1.DOC and TABLE2.DOC using original text from author as
   base, standardizing table description.

6) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.

1) Reformatted TABLE1.DAT and TABLE2.DAT to make them compatible with
   converting to FITS format.  This involved joining the original four records
   per object into a single record, and adjusting the column spacing 
   accordingly.

2) Converted TABLE1.DOC and TABLE2.DOC to CDS-style TABLE.DOC.
