Marraco, Vega, & Vrba 1993, AJ, 105, 258 1) Separated mail headers from TeX file, TABLE.TEX. 2) In TABLE.TEX, on lines 113-116, changed AMS font names to CM fonts in order to typeset with standard TeX fonts. 3) Converted TeX to dvi and then to ASCII with commands: $ tex table $ dvi2tty -w 90 -o table.dat table 4) Split resulting text file into TABLE1.DAT, TABLE2.DAT, and TABLE5.DAT. File TABLE.DAT moved to BKP directory. 5) Table files reformatted to be uniform. 6) Generated TABLE1.DOC, TABLE2.DOC, and TABLE5.DOC, standardizing table descriptions 7) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, abstract and title from original paper. 8) Inspection of original paper shows that Table 4 is missing from the data submitted for the CD-ROM. Author contacted and asked to provide Table 4. TeX source for Tables 4 and 6 received from Dr. Vrba, in a single mail message. The tables were separated into their own TeX files (both are formatted for landscape mode, so they were left as separate files, rather than merged in with TABLE.TEX). 9) The same process of converting to ASCII and generating documentation was followed for Tables 4 and 6. ----- For AAS CD-ROM Volume IV ----- 1) Converted TABLE1.DOC, TABLE2.DOC, TABLE4.DOC, TABLE5.DOC, and TABLE6.DOC into CDS-style TABLE.DOC
