1) Separated mail headers from table files.

2) Eliminated extraneous blank columns from table files.  Added decimal points
   to integer-type values in fields with mixed floating point and integer.
   Moved plus and minus signs from single column to a position adjacent with
   the associated value, e.g. '+  5' was changed to '  +5', in tables 1 and 7.

3) Generated TABLE1.DOC, TABLE3.DOC, TABLE5.DOC, TABLE7.DOC, TABLE10.DOC,
   and TABLE11.DOC, standardizing table descriptions

4) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, abstract and title from original paper.
